The announcement was made on May 16 via Horton’s Instagram account, where he shared a poignant moment of ringing the bell at an undisclosed hospital.

Horton’s rookie season with the Texans was cut short in December due to a non-football illness, which was later revealed to be cancer. However, the young athlete’s determination and resilience have been nothing short of inspiring.
