Breaking News: Aaron Rodgers Clarifies 8 Years Family Fued Fuel By Bachelorette With His Brother

Aaron Rodgers Addresses Family Drama Sparked by ‘The Bachelorette’

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers has broken his silence on the long-running family rift that became public eight years ago during his brother Jordan’s appearance on The Bachelorette. The drama was a focal point of Jordan’s time on JoJo Fletcher’s season of the reality show, highlighted by a dinner scene featuring two empty chairs, seemingly intended for Aaron and his then-girlfriend, actress Olivia Munn.

During the show, Jordan opened up about their strained relationship, telling Fletcher, “At every step of my life, I was kind of disappointed. No matter what I did, it was never good enough because I was being compared to someone who did it the best.” He revealed at the time that the brothers had not spoken in two years, attributing the estrangement to “the way he’s chosen to do life.”

Rodgers has now addressed the controversy in episode two of the Netflix documentary Aaron Rodgers: Enigma. Reflecting on the infamous dinner scene, he criticized the show’s portrayal, saying, “And what do they do? They go on a bulls— show and leave two empty chairs.”

The former Green Bay Packers star, who led his team to a Super Bowl victory, has largely avoided public discussions about his family’s private matters. However, this latest comment sheds light on his feelings about the televised depiction of their relationship.

The Rodgers family turmoil has remained a topic of public intrigue since Jordan’s time on The Bachelorette. While Aaron has focused on his football career and is currently recovering from an Achilles injury sustained in his debut season with the Jets, the family rift remains unresolved, with both sides largely staying out of the public eye.

This is one of the rare instances in which Rodgers has spoken openly about the fallout, further highlighting the complex dynamics within the family.
