ªKentucky Wildcats Basketball Team Secures Historic Victory in Thrilling Comeback
LEXINGTON, KY – December 28, 2024 – In a game that will go down in Kentucky basketball history, the Kentucky Wildcats staged a remarkable comeback against the top-ranked team in the nation, overcoming a 20-point deficit to secure a stunning 85-81 victory at Rupp Arena.
The Wildcats were trailing by a significant margin at halftime, with the score standing at 47-27 in favor of their opponents. However, a fiery second-half performance led by senior guard Ethan Daniels, who scored a career-high 32 points, sparked the comeback.
