The concert aims to support both immediate relief efforts and long-term projects to prevent future disasters. It will be held at two venues in Inglewood—the Kia Forum and the Intuit Dome—and will be streamed on platforms including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and Spotify.
