Led Zeppelin to Feature in New Netflix Documentary: Legends Reborn

Netflix has announced an exclusive documentary, “Legends Reborn: The Story of Led Zeppelin,” chronicling the rise, influence, and legacy of the iconic British rock band. This documentary promises never-before-seen footage, rare interviews, and an in-depth exploration of Led Zeppelin’s impact on rock music.
Featuring extensive contributions from surviving members Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, and John Paul Jones, Legends Reborn will take viewers through the band’s early days, their meteoric rise in the 1970s, and the challenges they faced, including the tragic loss of drummer John Bonham in 1980.
“Led Zeppelin changed the course of music history, and their story is as legendary as their music,” said Netflix’s Head of Documentaries, Sarah Wilkinson. “This film captures the energy, passion, and creativity that defined a generation.”
The documentary will include never-before-heard recordings, exclusive interviews with rock legends influenced by the band, and a deep dive into the making of classic albums like Led Zeppelin IV and Physical Graffiti. It will also explore the band’s legacy in modern music and their influence on genres ranging from hard rock to heavy metal.
Jimmy Page, who played a key role in curating archival footage for the film, stated, “We’ve always let the music do the talking, but this documentary allows us to tell our story in a way that fans have never seen before.”
Legends Reborn: The Story of Led Zeppelin is set to premiere worldwide on Netflix in late 2025.
