Adrian Portelli Launches $20 Million Philanthropic Fund to Support Underprivileged Communities

Melbourne, January 15, 2025 – Entrepreneur and philanthropist Adrian Portelli, widely known as “The Lambo Guy,” has announced the launch of a $20 million charitable fund aimed at supporting underprivileged communities across Australia.

Portelli, the founder of LMCT+ and a prominent figure in property and online promotions, revealed that the fund will focus on providing housing, education scholarships, and small business grants to individuals in need. The initiative, named the “Portelli Promise Fund,” is set to begin operations in March 2025.

Speaking at the launch event in Melbourne, Portelli said, “I’ve been fortunate in my journey, and now it’s time to give back. This fund is not just about donating money; it’s about creating opportunities and lasting change for those who need it most.”

The announcement comes as Portelli continues to make headlines for his high-profile business ventures, luxury lifestyle, and recent legal challenges regarding LMCT+’s promotions. Despite the controversies, Portelli remains committed to using his platform and resources for social impact.

The first phase of the initiative will see $5 million allocated to building affordable housing projects in regional areas, with an emphasis on addressing homelessness. Another $5 million will fund scholarships for disadvantaged youth pursuing higher education or trade qualifications. The remaining $10 million will be used for interest-free loans and grants to support small businesses in struggling communities.

Portelli’s latest move has garnered praise from business and community leaders alike, with many seeing it as a step toward redefining his public image. “Adrian’s decision to invest in people’s futures is a testament to the kind of impact successful entrepreneurs can make,” said Dr. Lisa Martin, CEO of the Australian Philanthropy Network.

The Portelli Promise Fund has already started accepting applications and plans to announce its first beneficiaries by mid-2025.
