SAD UPDATE: Paramore Legend Has Been Attacked By Us political Supporters

Hayley Williams Criticizes Donald Trump and Project 2025 in Fiery Speech at iHeartRadio Music Festival

At last weekend’s iHeartRadio Music Festival, Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams took a bold stand during the band’s performance of their song “Big Man, Little Dignity,” using the moment to call out Donald Trump and raise awareness about Project 2025. Williams delivered an impassioned speech on stage, warning the audience about the potential dangers of the Trump-backed initiative and urging Americans to confront his political agenda at the polls.

“Project 2025 is Donald Trump’s playbook for controlling and punishing women, poor people, people of color, and the LGBTQ+ community,” Williams said, speaking directly to her audience both in-person and online. “It is time for all Americans to band together and finally defeat the Trump agenda.”

The speech has since sparked a backlash from right-wing figures, including Elon Musk, who accused Williams of being a “puppet of the machine” after noticing she had a prepared version of the speech. Critics suggested she was either paid or coerced into delivering her remarks.

In response, Williams took to Instagram to set the record straight. “Whoever you are, I typed out my speech and had a crew member hold it near the camera for me in case I got nervous,” she wrote in her Instagram story. “What I had to say was important and I didn’t want to trip up in the moment.” Williams clarified that she didn’t end up needing the written prompt, emphasizing that she prepared thoroughly for the moment.

Despite the backlash, Williams is standing firm in her message, urging fans to pay close attention to the upcoming elections and Project 2025’s potential impact on American society.
